Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: COMPLAINT ABOUT LANDSCAPER
With great hesitation, I would like to address some additional concerns about the landscaper Dave. This hesitation comes with concern for my health and retaliation against me. I want to live in my home in peace and not have conversations with anyone that becomes hostile. My interactions with Dave have not been kind. His approach to me is concerning as it was combative. I chose to walk away from such situations as it is not healthy.
Upon first meeting Dave, he shared things that were not my business to know. Though I asked him two times to stop he continued to share details of individuals who reside in Summerfield along with details of different board members.
To be specific would be disrespectful. However, I do not need to know about:
- Who is sleeping with who;
- How many children someone has and the different fathers;
- How many men are coming and going to someone’s house;
- Special favors are given to residence;
- Arguments with board members;
- Special permissions by the board; and
- How he gets paid.
Additionally, I do not like hearing from surrounding neighbors about his disdain for individuals that reside in Summerfield or towards board members.
I have had the pleasure of meeting many Summerfield neighbors. There have been times that have been uncomfortable as they mentioned different concerns about Dave. I cannot share their details as I have recommended addressing them to you directly. They will not out of fear of retaliation as some neighbors have shared actions.
Keeping in view the above-mentioned circumstances, I request you to take strict action against landscaper Dave. I hope that you will do something to stop his unprofessional behavior.
