Hello Team,
I thank the Team for the brief you accorded me yesterday with a deep sense of gratitude. Listening to all of you gave me a direction and clear path on how best to manage the good work you are doing and, even better, our approaches.
My core values are respect, commitment, and result-oriented. The three gems should bring about quality and teamwork to aid our effort as we move forward. However, from our previous discussion, I came up with a few guidelines to streamline our social media interactions as follows;
Section 1.
- Weekly letter that is personalized to connect subsequent topics
- 3 video podcast of a minute and less every week to capture viewership.
- A 5-minute weekly podcast of the apostle on live preaching, TV session, or a recorded message.
- Invitation poster for every week’s service.
Section 2.
Pictorial quality to focus on the following:
- A keen crowd during a preaching session
- An enthusiastic crowd during praise and worship
- An enthusiastic crowd during prophecy
- A prayer moment crowd
- Individual moments during prophecy, deliverance, prayer, dedication et al.
- Customer care service team, from the lobby, booth, to ushers moments of kindness, praise and worship, and other notable moments.
- Apostle’s pictures should be focused on moments during prophecy, praise & worship, preaching, deliverance, prayer moment, and crowd moment in both main and overflow church sections.
