The distinction between these two sets of women is in the context of dating, relationships, and marriages. A traditional-minded woman tends to believe in family and marriage. They do not have family setups, and their goals are to have a family, a husband, and children. They strongly upheld religious beliefs and often prayed for their families. They have conservative views, which are often centered on family issues. Men view traditional women as the perfect example of what makes a good girlfriend and wife material. In contrast, the modern woman is known to be very aggressive, educated, smart, informed, and actively seek out and pursue dynamic economic matters that befit them. Modern women idealize relationships and prefer to lead in their relationships. To most, settling down is a personal choice and having children is optional. Some modern women prefer the option of single motherhood. They tend to spend more time in school and prefer pursuing their careers before getting married. They participate in political activities and run for political offices. They also compete with men in business leadership roles and are up to date with trending issues. Although they hold more liberal views, they still have faith in religion.
