Crockpot Beef and Broccoli is an easy, healthy version and favorite meal for the entire family. The beef is tender and melts in your mouth.

Serving: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. Sirloin steak – thinly sliced
- One cup Low-sodium beef broth
- Half cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- Half cup Brown sugar
- Three tbsp. Sesame oil
- One tbsp. Sriracha
- Three cloves garlic – minced
- Three green onions – thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- Two tbsp. Cornstarch
- Two cup Broccoli florets
- Sesame seeds – for garnish
- Cooked jasmine rice – for serving
Directions:
- Add steaks in a slow-cooker. Add green onions, garlic, Sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and beef broth.
- Cover with lid and cook on low until tender for 3 ½ to 4 hours.
- When steaks are tender, add a few tbsp of slow-cooker broth into the bowl. Whisk with cornstarch. Add into the slow cooker. Toss with beef until mixed well. Add broccoli and cover with lid. Cook for twenty minutes more.
Additional tip:
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over rice.
