I am pleased to recommend < insert name > for admission to the medical school. <Insert name> was an intern at Mercy Holistic Ministry (MHM), working under my supervision where she worked as a social worker and a counsellor. She proved to be a model and exhibited an outstanding personality in all her engagements. She is extremely conscientious about her job and about following the laid down tasks at the institution. Because of her consistency and unmatched hard work, she really has motivated her colleagues who worked with her to be positive about their tasks. Her work portrayed an attention to detail and an ability to handle more than one task at a time. <Insert name> is what can be described as a life saver at any task she engages herself in.
Everyone who has been assigned to her for counselling has always responded to the counselling. Her jovial mood has always made an indelible smile and enthusiasm to her clients. Her responsibilities were a priority every day. Every time there was a meeting, < insert name > was the kind of a person who shows up before time, so observation of time has never been a problem to her. It is her punctuality that instilled a culture of ten minutes arrival to meetings before time at work. During the meetings, she always make contributions and in the field she is a team player. Indeed, she always put the work before her own interests.
Everyone that I assigned to work with her always commended her for being an excellent and a first learner. Although she had challenges in keeping records, she has improved overtime. In the field, during distribution of food stuffs and clothing, < insert name > has severally used her own finances to aid the organization to increase its supply. This shows how benevolent a person < insert name > is. It is because of her commitment that she has been made a leader of many cohorts of social workers. She has always taken initiative to lead her groups and would patiently and skillfully explain procedures of carrying out particular tasks to her workmates. Every single time, her colleagues were grateful of her input and never failed to let me know how helpful she was.
< insert name >understands diversity, she has respect to everyone despite their differences whether cultural, sex, or gender. Indeed, she approached me so that we can start a diversity session with all the interns in order to ensure we had no wrangles at Mercy Holistic Ministry. This initiative by < insert name > has changed the face of Mercy Holistic Ministry by far in terms of diversity. Although there had been differences before about the diverse interns, things are better now.
