Threats: Government regulations are presently under review, and in case of changes, it could mean I have to retake the licensing exams. Many universities are offering a degree in aviation courses, which means I could have additional competition. I am qualified in my field, and joining an aviation organization could help me learn about job opportunities and stay connected. I must find a mentor to assist me in developing a long-term career plan. To prevent competition, I will enroll in other classes and learn new skills to better position me in the job market. Furthermore, I shall ensure that I get an international license on aviation that will allow me to work in any state or any country in the world. Numerous local opportunities and robust job market growth outweigh the probable threats; thus, I am confident in pursuing an aviation career.
