Important audience;

- USA wingsuit experts
- Consumer safety groups
- Wingsuit sellers
Most important audience;
- The victims
Our product, the wingsuit, directly affects, as it has already happened, the jumpers. They are now both the victims and potential ones. It will be prudent enough to show priority to their worries and sympathy towards the already affected. They are our primary stakeholders; without them, we would not be in operation.
Steps to retrieve our image;
- Rejuvenated advertisements on the company quality production
- Give offers and discounts
- Revamped social responsibility
- Formulate compensation policies for future misfortunes
- Reach out to the victims
Company statement for the media;
We, like Squirrel, share in the misfortunes that befell our jumpers. In each step that we take in our products, their health and safety come first. This is no time for blames but to stand with our sportsmen.
All victims with their loved ones will be dearly compensated as we are entirely concerned with our society’s wellbeing. Due processes will be followed, and even our policies will be revised accordingly. However, we still don’t wish for such an incident in the future.
What to do with social media;
It is a vast platform, and we will increase our personnel to be handling clients’ issues in real time as they come. Also, get to incorporate the recommendations from all our relevant stakeholders. It will also be used as a standby means for any flaws in our image out there.
Should I make public communication on the issue;
Information is vital, and times like this, it’s prudent to speak up. Going silent will leave many speculations in the air, and the community will think we don’t care. Even competitors will use it as a platform and opportunity to capitalize on it. Therefore, early communication with the public showing that we are addressing the issue is advisable.
