The vegan diet does not comprise of food items from animals such as dairy products, eggs, or even meat. This kind of diet is healthier to eat, and this is because plant products are loaded with nutrients.
The reason as to why your friend has a success in taking a vegan diet is because it is one of the healthiest diets that a person can consider. First and foremost, it helps in weight control as such food items won’t make anyone add weight. The vegan diet is also rich in high-fiber foods, and this plays an important role in digestion and constipation. Given these benefits, I would recommend that you give it a try.
