The first step would be to open the open Directory Users and Computers. Then click on the folder that will be added as the user account. Place the

on New then click user. Proceed to type the first name of the user in the area indicated the first name. In the area indicated last name type the user’s last name and in the initials area type the initials of the user. The last step would be modifying the full name to add the initials or reverse order of the first and last names.

In the active directory, User logon name, type the user logon name. Then proceed to click on the UPN suffix located in the drop-down list and then click the tab indicated next. A prompt will appear that will require the input of a password and confirmation of the same. At this stage, type the password of the user and then select the suitable password option from those available.

The administrators would have to create new user accounts for all the users and then join them to the AD domain through the manual process. This process can be hectic since the process may be long and time-wasting for the administrators. However, it is important to note that this may be the only available option or process that can be used.

The administrators will have to perform manual processes to be able to change the permissions and the privileges of the users and meet their requirements.
