DuBois, Koch, Hanlon, Nyatuga, & Kerr, (2015) researched on the various leadership styles that led to the success of teams. The researchers realized that weaker leadership styles were accompanied by dysfunctional teams. The study was done on a group of project groups, where the project managers were assessed. The results showed that the competency of a project manager led to a successful project. The significance of this paper is that it shows the advantage of leadership in an effective team.
