Apology email
Hello, I have had a crazy weekend and could not access my computer. This created a lot of inconveniences, which led to the delay in replies. I highly apologize for that. I did reply to your messages only to realize the message did not send successfully. It mostly happens when using a phone. I managed to accept one article, but could not accept the rest as my slots were full. I was working on them and still willing to complete them if given a chance. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
