I am applying for admission to the MBA program because I want to study Business Administration areas and gain theoretical and practical knowledge. I am particularly interested in factors that affect a business competitive performance and how changes in technology affect an organization’s structure, long-term business strategy, product development, manufacturing, supply chains, distribution network, information needs, and standard systems. I need to have a strong grounding in Business Studies and General Management perspective to appreciate these and related issues.
I believe that the MBA program would be valuable in helping me achieve these objectives. It would enable me to channel my practical and conceptual skills in analyzing business issues and opening new avenues in the business world.

My name is Abhishek Trivedi. I hail from Lucknow, situated in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh. After completing my schooling, I decided to opt for a Bachelor of Business Administration, and I enrolled in Lucknow University for the BBA program.
Currently, I am working in a Manpower Outsourcing Company as a Director. The name of the Company is ISGS India Pvt. Ltd. It is a small company with over 2000 employees and a turnover of 500 million rupees. I joined this company in June 2016 when I was in my last year of graduation. My work is to form and implement policies and make decisions to ensure that the company pays all its debts and has more assets than liabilities.
I have learned a lot in my present job. With the rest of my team, I have analyzed market trends and examined the demand for workforce services. I have helped formulate budget plans, business development strategies, plans for expansion and diversification, and company business plans. As part of a team, I have carried out preliminary feasibility studies, compared services options; and studied government schemes for their efficacy.
On the personal front, I am a person who is extremely hard working and determined to the core. I am a people person who doesn’t have any qualms when it comes to social interactions. I get along with others very well and learn new concepts expeditiously. The unique ability to adapt to new environments and outstanding communication skills make me an ideal candidate for higher studies in foreign countries.
I received many certificates of appreciation from various Sugar Mills for delivering satisfactory workforce services. I gave my company a business of 1 million rupees by getting the tender for supplying workforce resources to Central Pollution Control Board, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
I also gave various sugar mills installing GPS-enabled monitoring applications into the transporter’s smartphone who bring sugarcane to the mill. Now every transporter is getting tracked and providing fresh sugarcane directly to the mill. This has also prevented delivering allotted sugarcane to some other sugar mill.
