Problem Definition
The article written by Das, 2019, is trying to solve is how possessing diversity intelligence will help in an inclusive form of leadership; hence it will develop a conceptual framework on the kind of contribution diversity intelligence has on the practice of inclusive leadership. For a maturity form of leadership to be enhanced, new knowledge of diversity is considered mandatory among the leaders; otherwise, they might fail to utilize the diverse workforce potential fully. Therefore the new idea identified is diversity intelligence, which will be used to help inclusive leadership practices. Diversity in the workplace is one of the leadership topics that have been increasingly tied to sustainability initiatives and corporate strategy (Das, 2018). Different studies have suggested that having a more diverse and inclusive workforce will help the company thrive and even at times, be able to survive the recession. Therefore, diversity intelligence is directly connected to leadership since it brings about various new experiences and perspectives to the leaders of an organization, which may help them retain and attract new talents and boost the rate of innovation in the workplace.

In an article written by Sims, 2018, diversity intelligence had been viewed as a new tool of human resource development that is promising; since it leads to equitable treatment and enhanced inclusion in the workplace. Therefore to meet the modern workforce needs, new leadership and diversity approaches are needed; the author tries to describe the diversity intelligence potential values the leaders provide to the organization. The impact this research has had on the problem is that it addresses proposition implications to the theory and tries to explore the leadership servant intersection and inclusion and diversity research streams. Also, it describes how the human resource development and the organization can be able to benefit from it, and at the same time have those arguments implemented (Sims, 2018). The current state of research is that many organizations are incorporating proactive towards diversity intelligence to encourage an inclusivity type of leadership.
Identification
The relations in this article are that a diverse workforce should feel valued irrespective of their different uniqueness; the gap in this article is that diversity intelligence is still a new concept; therefore, many businesses have the opportunity to capitalize on it to enable them to maximize the production output. The research contradictions that diversity intelligence has been regarded as a new idea or concept. Still, at the same time, it is said to be a mechanism that ensures full utilization of the workforce. On the other hand, inconsistency present was that diversity training usually gives leaders stereotype feeling. The relations that are present in the article is that diversity intelligence will allow the organization to utilize the workforce potential to be utilized fully, and this is true since every employee will feel that the company recognizes them. They are not discriminated against as a result of their diverse culture. Therefore, this will make the employee work effectively and produce the maximum amount of input; hence, the workforce will be utilized fully. The relations’ impact is that it will ensure employees are satisfied with the kind of leadership present, hence making them fully dedicated to the organization. This article connects with the previous article since all of them use diversity intelligence to benefit organizational performance.
Recommendation
The next step to solving this problem would be to incorporate emotional intelligence with diversity intelligence so that leaders can fully understand their employees. I would survey to see how those two concepts can work effectively among the employees; the survey would be conducted through observation and feedback.
