Evaluation of Findings
Development of Cultural Similarities by formulating biography
There is development of various similarities present in the cultural aspects for both India and Northern Ireland in the study. In my autobiography, it can be seen that I belong to Indian culture and develop lot of respect for my parents and other people in society to create positive influence in life and increase growth in the career. In Indian culture, there is always prevalence of large amounts of emotions for performing any type of work and improve overall career. The utilization of Trompenaars Cultural Dimension theory has helped in evaluating various types of similarities within the cultural aspects for me and my friend living in Northern Ireland (Hassan, 2019). The framework has seven dimensions for measuring similarities and contrast differences among the cultural framework for both the nations. In both countries, there is development of a high effect on neutral VS emotional dimension and provides appropriate similarities.
In the Indian Culture, I have seen that there is an increase in development of suitable emotions for performing work and managing relations with one another. In addition, I have developed that evolution of emotional balance helps guide me in achieving my work and adapting to any problematic situations in understanding one another. It can be determined from the above results that implementation of systematic hierarchy in origin provides opportunities for me to reduce any obstacles and achieve my overall goals for managing long- term goals in the future. It helps me in offering adaptation method for minimizing difficulties and withstand difficulties in the later part of my life (Fraser, 2017).
Presence of Differences in Cultures by assessing biography
Moreover, the evaluation of my colleague’s biography and me has depicted several differences in the cultural elements for India and Northern Ireland. Many disparities present in Indian Culture have provided direct effect on my way of adapting to local culture and performing my work (Broeder and Rutten, 2017). According to the assessment of the autobiography for me and my colleague, there is a significant difference in adapting to the local culture and adapting relations with the people. In case of my friend, there is a sense of disparity in evaluating principle of difference in opinions in Northern Ireland and achieving goals in life. In Northern Ireland, there is development of less diffusive cultural practices that encourage introvert persons to manage and adapting to the local culture. However, in India, there is presence of high amount of diffusive cultural framework practices that creates a systematic interaction among local people and provide long- term communication practices for managing overall operations.
In assessing autobiography of me and my friend, it can be analyzed that there is presence of relevant differences among practices for measuring efficiency among one another. In the study, there has been depiction of suitable adapting styles developed by my friend from Northern Ireland that helps in operating in the foreign country. In my friend’s autobiography, there has been strong preference designed for providing suitable balance in creating proper understanding among local people and manage balance in the overall work (Isaac, 2016).
However, in my autobiography, there is emphasis on managing diffusive culture and improve overall performance. In Indian culture, there is an increase in communitaisirive culture. I have developed considerable amount of relevance in creating strong beliefs on religious practices and managing culture in India (Rieger et al. 2018). On the other, in my friend’s autobiography, there has been less focus provided on creating communitarianism culture and focus more on individualism culture. My friend focuses on maintaining individual values and develops adequate relations with the family members in Northern Ireland culture. In the autobiography of my friend, there have been suitable focus provided on adapting and managing appropriate communication by going from one cultural origin to another.
The implementation of wide range of cultural differences among the nations in autobiographies has presented symmetrical process for managing and adapting to the autobiographies’ cultures and by my friend. It provides an overview of appropriate procedures and contrasting differences prevailing in the opinions of myself and by my friend in both the countries (Rozaimie, 2018). In addition, the formulation of Trompenarrs Cultural Dimensional model provides a basis for identifying and monitoring similarities and differences in the cultures for India and Northern Ireland. There has been a difference in maintaining systematic ritual practices and prefer to provide adequate relationships among the family structure. The interpretation of the results from me and my friend’s autobiography provides relevant context on managing substantial cultural variations and modifying to the differences in managing overall conditions in building suitable career in the future.
Evaluating results by implementing framework
The formulation of Trompenaars Cultural dimension Model has assisted in adapting to managing wide range of cultural differences among various countries in the global scenario. This model is suitable for managing and evacuating basis of the results developed from the autobiography of myself and my friend in various aspects for developing uniform culture (Farooq et al. 2019).
In addition, there have been several areas within the dimension that provides direct effect on the relationships among adopting the local people and creating suitable cultural maintenance style (Euste and Saloma, 2018). In this regard, my culture is to develop an faith in performing wide range of rituals and practices and provides direct effect on the local practices implemented in the Indian region. On the other hand, depiction of the results shows that there is extensive preference developed on managing individualism while performing entire work in the Northern Ireland Region.
Figure 1: Trompenarrs Cultural Dimensional Framework
In the aspect of my autobiography, the implementation of the framework shows that there is development of substantial prevalence in the emotional vs. neutral framework. According to the Indian culture, there has been a stable formulation of emotional aspects shown in every aspect for conducting entire work on time. It shows that utilization of the framework provides an effective monitoring process for managing the results developed from both the autobiography (Graham et al. 2016). In Northern Ireland, prevalence is given on maintaining neutral framework for coping with the adoptions and less prevalence of managing rituals and sacrifices for managing the people.
The evaluation of results from the Trompenarrs cultural Dimensional framework indicates that there is direct change in the cultural adaption procedures in various dimensions for both the countries (Razavi et al. 2016). It is vital to measure and interpret responses and analyze results from the autobiography of myself and my friend in India and Northern Ireland. It develops strong bonding for minimizing variances in regular communication among cultures.
This model provides basis for gathering and collecting results from the responses and create proper understanding of the cultural boundaries for the nations (Smith et al. 2018). The framework creates a adaptive framework for reducing miscommunication in working with individuals belonging to the countries and work effectively with one another.
