First of all, the labor market is a place where labor supply and job demands meet. In other words, it is where employers compete for employing the best workers, and the other side employees are competing to get satisfying jobs.

I would focus on the location of labor market research in Washington because many businesses take place, such as Amazon. Also, the competition of workers may push for there are high wages or salaries.	The labor market located in London enjoys development privileges because it is among the world’s best-developed cities. Therefore, employees are advantaged to enjoy good infrastructures such as roads, buildings, and workers’ conducive environment.	Any laborer in London is likely to enjoy plenty of available jobs because the market job is located in this place like World Health Organization (WHO).

Amazon is one of the biggest industries in the world and economically stable. The labor market is high here because employers are competing to employ qualified workers while workers seek satisfying jobs.	The reason to focus my career in the labor market is that England is among the leading cities of British isle. Where tourism activities attract are high practiced here; hence, there for labor is high pushing for better salaries.	Banking and finance industries are one leading in Switzerland state. And industries have got labor unions to improve lifestyle standards.

Summary of labor market research.

First of all, labor market research identifies the appropriate labor market presence that serves various types of job positions in the market. Also, the process survey is done to determine salaries ranges paid to certain job positions and identify trends that workers enjoy in the labor market, such as pay practice, merits of jobs, or ancillary pay.

The above information I have given on my labor market research illustrates my selected locations and industries I prefer most for the labor market. My reason for selecting these locations for the labor market is because they have advantages for both employers and employees. For example, when you look at the selected locations, you will find more advantageous laborers and employers. Since there is plenty of job availability due to the biggest industries in the area, labor unions cater to labor rights, economic, good standards of lifestyle, and enjoyment of conducive environment or working conditions due to improved infrastructure.

Supportively, the main reason why I have chosen one location of labor market research to be in Washington D.C. is that this is a place with a high demand for the labor market. This labor market is enhanced by good development of infrastructures such as roads or construction. However, I selected the labor market location to be in London, England, because of its modern city development. Also, the presence of tourism allocation in the city makes the city have a high demand for labor supply and job availability. This labor market demand leads to good pay of salaries or wages, good working conditions, and labor unions that prevent labor rights and inequality between the poor and the rich.

Furthermore, I have chosen Geneva’s location in Switzerland because of its job availability due to the centralization of industries and companies allocated within the city, such as tourism industries and the World Health Organization Company (WHO). The main reason to be selective on matters of locations and industries on the labor market research is to ensure factors affecting the labor market. Also, selectivity enables the researcher of the labor market to obtain accurate information.
