Business Administration Program
I have always been interested in Business administration after high school. Before commencing on my undergraduate program, I was already sure that business administration would be my professional goal. Henceforth, I worked very hard and even earned a scholarship by the SACM (Saudi Arabia Culture Mission). Notably, the SACM was started by the Saudi Government to help students to further their education. Through this program, I can access free education in a country I like, and I have chosen the USA.
Accordingly, my education experience qualifies me for this program. For one, I majored in business administration/management information system at Najmaah University. This program equipped me with the right skills and foundation for business studies. Additionally, I was involved in the sixth scientific conference held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where I emerged first place in humanity research at the universities’ level. Eventually, I scored a G.P.A. of 4.73 out of 5, achieving second honors. My academic journey has sufficiently prepared me for this Master’s program.
Comparatively, my job experience has utilized the skills I acquired in my studies. From 2015-2017, I have performed several duties in the capacity of a human resource specialist in the Saudi Tech Company’s branch in Riyadh. The business has specialized in engineering consultancy and soil laboratory services. I was promoted to the position of a human resource supervisor in the same firm and worked in that capacity from January 2018 to March 2019. As a human resource manager, I have learned the challenges and needs of employees within firms. I also know how the importance of exemplary management in promoting unity and success in business. I am sure that the business administration course will refine my skills and prepare me for bigger roles.
My work and educational experiences have only increased my desire to learn business administration. This Master’s degree is a chance to learn the best practices in business administration. It is also an opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals and learn skills that I would apply in my profession. So great is my willingness to learn that the Saudi Ministry of Education has selected me to continue with my post-graduate studies as well as learning English.
I believe that the Master’s in business administration will improve my career. For one, because the field is broad, I learn a lot of concepts, such as strategic planning and goal implementation. Further, I will learn to identify opportunities in my environment because of acquiring more perspective on how the corporate world operates. Moreover, the Master’s will boost my employment opportunities in the job market. With a higher degree, I have a competitive advantage as I have more educational and practical skills in managing a business. The Master’s degree will benefit the business community because of expert management practices. I will make decisions that will propel companies to success and transform the corporate world positively. At the same time, it will lead to personal growth by opening up my mind to business administration possibilities.
