Dear Gad,
RE: REPLACEMENT CLAIM OF A BICYCLE
I am writing to you to claim a replacement for my Ferrazzi bicycle. On April 30, I bought a green Ferrazzi bicycle through your online store, and it was to be delivered to my home.
Unfortunately, the bike delivered was not the same color I ordered. I ordered a green custom made bicycle, but you delivered a purple one instead. I am disappointed because your delivery team did not rectify the situation even after showing them my order and purchase details.
I love your bicycle purchase procedure, your quality, and how it is custom made to customer preference. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you would come and pick this purple bicycle and replace it with a green one because color means everything to me. If the green version is out of stock, I expect you to state when I can get that or if it is entirely out of reach for you, then a refund of my money remains the only option.
Enclosed are copies of my online order receipt. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter with urgency. I can be contacted through the above Address or reach me through my email: Sumanpreet@gmail.com.
I will be patient enough to wait until May 20, 2020, for the replacement of a green bicycle, after which I will seek further action. I hope for a positive reply at your earliest convenience.Thank you
Yours Sincerely,
Sumanpreet.

Mr. Johan Holland,
Owner and CEO,
Prairie Sparkleen Cleaners.

Dear Holland,
RE: CLEANING CONTRACT CANCELLATION
I would like to appreciate the exemplary performance that Sparkleen has served our company with in the last four years. However, some recent changes in the performance of your service have led to the cancellation of our cleaning contract that will be expiring at the end of the month.
PolicyPlan Insurance Services will not renew its contract because of the consistent poor services you have been offering over the past few months. The recent spills and toxic cleaning waste left on our premises pose a challenge to our daily activities. The toxins endanger our employees as they are at high risk of contracting infections, and the spills may cause accidents, which may affect their general work performance.
We had a mutually beneficial relationship for the past four years. Your management did exemplary work and responded to any complaints on time. Since the change in management, we have been receiving poor services, and despite the consistent promise from you to improve on this, there is no change but rather more incompetency. Last Thursday, the evening crew left the lobby door open, exposing the facility to theft all night till morning and exposing our premises to several risks, including theft.
The change in management thus resulted in substandard services, lack of customer priority, and unfulfilled promises. Despite making six calls and following up personally, there have been no noticeable improvements.
We regret any inconvenience caused by this change.
Yours Sincerely,
Sumanpreet,
CEO PolicyPlan Insurance Services.

Dear Staff,
RE: AUTOMATED MONITORING PROGRAM EXPANSION
Greetings, as part of the ongoing effort to monitor employee activity, in the attempt to manage and safeguard the company’s intellectual property and name, the company will today add more measures. I know you will have a lot of complaints about this, but times are changing, and this is for everyone’s good and safeguarding the company.
Starting today, the company’s automated monitoring program will be expanded to cover employees’ blogs. The communication channels have been mainly affected by technological growth, and we believe personal blogs are a possible threat. The company is fully aware of employee freedom of speech and privacy breach concerns. Nonetheless, these measures are necessary for safeguarding the company’s name and intellectual property.
We would like to appreciate your support and cooperation in the monitoring program. I assure you that monitoring employee blogs will help reduce and eliminate the risks of exposing the company secrets, protect you against any form of harassment and any inappropriate or illegal content.
It is therefore imperative that you cooperate with the expansion of the monitoring program and carry on with your duties as required, thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Sumanpreet.
Chief Information Officer.
