Business strategy

 For a business to be a supplement and complement each other through the internet and traditional communication strategies, it needs to modify its existing communication strategy, both internal and external party by considering the following. The first one is that the business should raise awareness, informing, and training employees and subcontractors. Therefore informing and training them effectively through maintaining good neighborly relation by presenting information and advice on how to raise employees awareness, maintaining good neighborly relation by informing them about the effect for the business of shutting down and set up a system for meeting workers understanding by raising the acknowledgement of employee role at the business ambassador and representatives (Cowan, 2014).  The second one is preserve better connection with all employee in the business by developing a communication plan for the business.  Therefore before beginning to advance the communications idea the organization require to ask the connection and state its eventual functional structure. Where the evaluation will be performed. Lastly is by liaison committee set up.  The company representatives, the stakeholders, and the community in the group are referred to as liaison committee.  Therefore the facilitation exchanges and the dissemination of information are the objectives of the committee. The best strategies and actions give a better understanding of collective issues.

The Internet presence in every organization needs to consider, and if so, what should be the extent of its involvement.  There are two things to consider that is the sender and the receiver of the communication. Therefore the person who initiates the communication is the sender. Simultaneously, those the message is directed are called the receiver (Guffey, Rogin, & Rhodes, 2009). Therefore the perfect guide toward achieving effective communication is through the communication process. The business should have a social media presence for successful and effective communication within the business stems. Therefore, the communication skill within all organization members will improve if they follow the communication process and stay away from the different barriers.
