Cameron King Conclusively, Cameron King is a male patient aged forty-two years. He has multiple sclerosis flare-ups whereby the vital signs upon admission were: T – 35.6oC, P – 120, RR – 28, BP – 160/100, SpO2 – 91% on room air. He got assessed upon admission whereby had had the following symptoms: subjective pain rated 8/10, muscle spasms, altered LOC and accessory muscle use. In his past health, he has multiple sclerosis, no known allergies, and no known drug allergies. He was on medications such as fingolimod (Gilenya) 100mg BID (q12h), meclizine (Antivert) 50mg daily (25mg BID), teriflunomide (Aubagio) 7mg daily, baclofen (Lioresal) 40mg daily (20mg BID), and melatonin 5mg daily.
