In her studies, she explains why people succeed or fail as well as what is within the humans’ control to help them foster success. One of her theories, the two mindsets is incredibly powerful, especially due to the difference it makes. Over more than three decades, a study conducted by Dweck together with her colleagues portrayed their interest in the attitudes of students about failure.
