Part 1
Introduction
The human resource department has been suffering from a lot of bulk of work that is associated with other departments through coordination and ensuring that all systems in the hospital are working well (Mabaso & Dlamini,2017). The generalist position will help have the directors in human resource time to venture in the administrative work roles that will help the hospital.
Pay range
The candidate that will take this position will have a pay per year of $ 67,890 to $76,765 . There will be an increase in the payment of an average of 3% to 6% depending on the work that the candidate will deliver and improve the department (Sirkin, & Cagney,2018). The will be a 10% bonus month for a job well done and overtime money per hours worked in $298 per hour.
Financial and nonfinancial benefits
The candidate will have her vehicle fueled by the hospital and other maintenance costs. The candidate will have house allowance that will not be among the salary or she will be given a free house within the hospital quarters. The candidate will have the hospital allowance where she will not pay for the hospital bills within the hospital, including her family members of the nuclear family.

Dear Perez,
We are pleased to extend an offer of a generalist in Main Street Memorial Children Hospital. Through documents and attachment (the agreement and collection), you are supposed to report to the head of human resource. Nevertheless, we can reserve your data on reporting if there is a need for urgency.
Your employment will start on 15th June 2020, where you will be work under the main street Memorial Children Hospital that is located on the Longmont street.
Salary,
Your salary will be $67,890 yearly, and the payment will follow the hospital payroll procedures and guidelines.
Compensations and benefits,
In addition to your primary salary, there will be a 10% bonus for the work done per month. You will be provided with a choice option if you will be living with the free hospital facility or be giving a house allowance. The will be a pay rise annually within the range of 3% to 6% depending on the work output. You will be provided with a vehicle that will be maintained and fueled by the hospital. Free hospital allowance for you and your nuclear family.
