The focus is on looking into digital communication, building trust, promoting reputation, and maintaining support. Communication is considered a diverse and comprehensive framework for different stakeholders in society. The digital platform has continued to attract security and safety issues. Individuals have been experiencing hacking, phishing, and the planting of malware in computer systems. This factor puts their private information and data at risk of loss to strangers. Using online media has become a major problem, mostly for those involved in influencing developments in communication development areas. With this, it has become hard for individuals to feel safe and secure when using digital frameworks of development in their environments. The main hypothesis and question in the article are about building trust in the process of using digital media in modern society. The paper’s most significant aspects include the possibility of digital media having the necessary features and structures that ensure security and safety. This is crucial because it influences an outcome that is desirable to different individuals in society.

The research was conducted through the use of a conceptual framework for building an OSR. The principles associated with the frameworks were measured with data from different South African organizations. The focus includes a quantitative web-based survey and qualitative one-on-one interviews. The research’s dominant focus revolves around the fact that organizational stakeholders can understand the environment around them and how it contributes towards improving security in the market. Interviews were undertaken on different populations in the professional world. The target comprised companies and their employees and customers. It is through this that it was able to bring the required results regarding the topic of discussion. The dominant focus was organizational stakeholders providing important information that creates trust in corporate communication. The strategic use of communication was an important factor to consider in the process of ensuring developments.

The result comprised the aspect of identifying the lack of models in the society concerning using digital media. The outcome comprised an understanding of the OSR building process through proposing a strategy that identified stakeholders in the communication sector. It comprised using a guideline with specific outcomes in developing working relationships with different stakeholders in organizations’ internal and external environments. The study was approached from the position of a corporate communication outcome. The emphasis was to create a value of corporate communication. The study is about corporate communication perspective playing a major role in influencing development. The emphasis is on creating a dynamic relationship between processes and procedures in meeting the organization’s developmental needs in the market. The result involved a need to ensure a strategic function included in communication to promote a successful sharing of information based on trust and flexibility.

The strength of the article revolves around the fact that it touches on the right frameworks of communication. The discussion it presents can be used to develop more than enough data regarding the area of communication. It can be used to influence significant developments in the academic sector, mostly regarding topics that involve communication and corporate developments. It uses diverse ranges of data to ensure development. The weakness is that it is more about communication than focusing on the concept of trust and flexibility regarding the use of digital media in the market.
