Furthermore, she has an interest in knowing ways of using the m-health app in managing the hypertension condition. Most of the people experiencing high blood pressure do not demonstrate any signs and symptoms. An individual with high blood pressure within the long run tends to develop various complications such as blindness, stroke, heart failure, heart attacks, and damage to the eyes, brain, kidneys, and heart.

Most people with high blood pressure have no symptoms at all; that is why it is called the silent killer, since, in the long run, it can damage your heart, kidneys, brain, eyes, causing heart attacks, heart failure, strokes, even blindness.
