Court cases that impacted education in the U.S
Purpose
The purpose of this lesson is to educate students on the impacts of selected court cases on education in the U.S. Several policies on education in the U.S are as a result of court cases.
Lesson Objectives
- At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify at least two court cases in the past 100 years that greatly influence education policies in public schools.
- At the end of the lesson, students will be able to explain the facts of each case and name the impacts of every ruling on education policies in public schools.
