As a graduate of the Management Program from Central Carolina Technical College, Sumter Sc, I have excellent managerial and administrative skills. I also hold a Front Office Administrative Assistant with Medical Terminology Certificate from the Professional Medical Training Center in Florence, SC. The learning opportunities helped me to expand my knowledge of technical, administrative, and executive tasks.
As an enthusiast of managerial initiatives, I am always thrilled to learn or improve my managerial skills experience. I worked as an Office Manager at Professional Care for Manning, LLC, where I was recognized for managing schedules and organizing office activities and daily operations. I established an office culture that was customer service-oriented, and it helped the institution gain more customers and improve their loyalty.
I have also worked as a sales consultant for two years at Farmers Nature. I was good at observing sales and promotions policies to avoid the exploitation of customers. Through, the experience I learned to listen to customers and appropriately answer their questions. I have experience in clerical and secretarial work after my experience in McLeod Health Clarendon. I handled various tasks such as filing, entry of patient data, and training of new employees. The experiences in different roles at distinct companies have improved my interpersonal and communication skills.
I have proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft office, excel, and outlook. I am a dedicated team player, but also I can work independently with minimum supervision. I easily adapt to changes and new environments. I have the ability, and I have learned to put the customer’s needs before my personal feelings.
