I am canceling my subscription because it is dated and no longer useful in my teaching profession.  I had been invited to an electronic demographic contest in a neighboring college and discovered that the information from your articles appeared outdated and often applied in the questions. Dear District Manager,

I am writing to politely advise you to discontinue the luxury marketing brand from our company. The discontinuity is to increase the organization’s productivity as most of the effort spoil due to poor customer acceptance. Luxury brand offers high-quality products at a higher price which can only be managed by selected customers. It fails to reduce in an amount at all costs but is more dedicated to the provision of high-quality services to a number of our customers.

I will like to propose the value brand as it favors all our customers fulfilling their needs. It operates on cost and offers the necessary services at lower prices and mainly targets the middle-class customers who promote seventy percent of this company’s growth. The value brand will earn the company more interest and profits, which will help both employees and customers develop the quality of services. Several companies appear concentrated on offering luxury brands, which will provide a relaxed environment for marketing the value brand promoting the growth of our district company.

I have discussed with my colleagues in the company that they have agreed because it will increase the company’s familiarity and flexibility to customers. It allows the workers to have a work balance since they focus on roles division. Your adequate supervision and the employee’s dedication to working will drive our company from a district level to a provincial level. SUBJECT:  Styles, tone similarities, and differences in the above emails.

I am writing to discuss the similarities, differences, styles, and tone used in the above-discussed emails. The first email displays informal writing in which I have notified a company to cancel my subscriptions. The formal email appears outlaid in the second email, whereby I have written to advise my district manager to discontinue the luxury marketing brand. Formal and informal emails have similarities but also differ in various ways.

I have used a formal salutation phrase to greet my manager of the branding and marketing company that is Dear District manager. Additionally, I have used an official language to communicate to my manager in which has used phrases such as, I am writing to politely advise on discontinuation of the luxury brand showing a low intonation. In contrast, the email to the electronic company has displayed a relatively informal language. For instance, I have included phrases such as. I will like to cancel my subscription, which shows an everyday context. Regarding the salutations of the electronic company official, I have used a colloquial greeting phrase that is hello, which is a relatively high tone. Contextually, I have applied the use of high intonation in the informal email.

However, the two writings have several similarities. Disregarding the type of greeting, they all have a salutation addressing the primary receiver of the email. I have included a subject line which analyzes the central theme of the email in both writings. For instance, in the formal email, the subject was to advise my manager on the discontinuation of the Luxury marketing brand. In contrast, the electronics company was to notify the cancellation of public subscription. I have used an ending tag in both writings to display my due respect to the receiver of the email.
