Cucto produces more than 100 lines of products
As I mentioned earlier in my research, although Cucto produces more than 100 lines of products, It very unrealistic for this company to successfully enter into the global market with al its products every time they consider new market entry because of the following reasons.
The company would not be able to explain the product they would like to sell since it would not be easy for the company to effectively advertise and sell over 100 products this would, therefore, reduce on their quality and reliability in the global market. Besides, the pressure of Cucto to offer all its products globally in new markets would not make it find its active market segment, which might make it operate in a significant loss (Keegan,2017). The company would experience a lack of commercial department since hence might make it operate on the financial crisis. The company would definitely fall since the organization would not have conducted sufficient market research to realize its potential customers and how to generate cross-selling. Also, the pricing problem would easily influence the performance of Cutco since a very new market have its set price, which might be lower as compared to the target of the company. L, lastly, the company would move at a high rate to conduct its business globally with all products in new market entry hence resulting in a lack of coordination between the sales departments and the marketing.
