More than three-quarters of the phones in the world are imported from China, Japan, the United States, or the United Kingdom. One of the global implications of selling mobile phones is that the profit margin is quite high as compared to selling products locally. Secondly, there is the creation of more market and awareness of the product around the world. Thirdly, there is the creation of employment in different parts of the world through shipping, deliveries, and agents of the product.

Several components of the marketing mix can be incorporated in the business to improve the services in foreign markets. One of the ways of improving the marketing mix is the creation of an efficient customer care platform that is available to every person worldwide. Another way is the advertisements of products in an aggressive way to increase the number of consumers; advertisement is quite critical in improving the services provided since through promotions are the members of the public aware of the products and features. Lastly, the cost of delivery and shipment should be made affordable to encourage the purchase of mobile phones around the world.

There are a number of global factors that affect the marketing environment in which the mobile phone company operates, targets, and segmentation strategy. One of the global factors is competition from well-established telephone and accessories companies that do not give opportunities to small scale companies. Another global factor is the change of the world’s economy, which leads to inconsistency of consumption of the products, which can lead to the insolvency of a company if there are significant losses; this affects how a company operates especially subsidiary companies and new companies in the market.

Most companies provide their services where there is a targeted audience, which increases the consumption of their products, consequently increase in profit.
