Over 9 years’ experience in Finance Department providing technical and strategic support and Leadership in areas of Book Keeping, General Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management, Strategic Planning, Internal Controls Implementation, Evaluation, and Monitoring. Experience in the evaluation of processes and procedures, re-engineering the processes to achieve Kaizen.

Achievements
Risk assessment of Goods’ receipt procedure and introduction of Manual Goods Receipt Note which went to save the organization a total of KES 10,000,000 per month in losses of material in transit.
Created a database where all the organization’s financial reports were to be centralized with different levels of clearance.
Set up an accounting and procurement policy and procedure and documented every level in consideration of all necessary internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
Created a fixed asset register and carried out a physical fixed asset register and created a Fixed Asset Register policy.
Carried out a four-year Financial Audit of the organization and other statutory Audits to ensure that we are compliant.
