that limit the
organization’s effective operation. Following are the drawbacks of IoT,

The protocol of IP was first proposed in 1974 by Vinton.IPV4 was started almost three decades ago and is most prevalent in the figures of connecting devices. The IPV4 extension, like NAT and CIDR, has led to the limitation of short –term solutions. Further, the scalability and security traits are essential in modern internet that cannot be fully provided by IPV4. The long-term solutions to these challenges have migrated to IPV6, where IPV4 addresses the space that holds multiple addresses.IPV6 provides a trillion addresses that are considered to be potentially inexhaustible.
The introduction of IPV6 came up with many questions regarding conversation and the transition of moving from IPV4 o IPV6, which is considered one of the critical challenges discussed in the networking community nowadays.IPV6 produces various seamless features that make it a better protocol compared to previous protocols of IPV4. With the increase of smart devices that use IoT, the world moves to the coverage network environment into a packet-based mode on the proper communicating network. The internet protocol addresses the major logical infrasture used in all kinds of voice and data communication, which leads to the exhaustion of 32 bits that mostly address the space. Various issues such as security, quality of services, and routing management are believed to have a sought that uses IPV4 to address the infrastructure.
