DISCUSSION

From the test, I scored 45, which is Above average, but you could improve your skill. I believe the score is correct because most questions I answered three mean if I improve some skills, I will score higher points. Listening is not very interesting to me, especially when tired, and sometimes I find myself losing concentration. There is a specific area that I need to improve to ensure that I score high. Distractions divert my attention, and it is an area I should add efforts to enhance listening. Distractions should come secondary and to primary opportunity. Another area that I should improve on is ensuring that I maintain eye contact, nod, and lean forward. I usually avoid nonverbal communication because I wouldn’t say I like drawing the attention of the speaker.
