Communities are composed of people with different attributes irrespective of the set standards. With the difference in the interpersonal and contextual approach, some community members tend to go against the code of the community. In the end, it affects the way of living through the daily interaction of the members within the community. It is therefore important that a community health works devolve an approach that can help deal with any health threat. The best approach for the diversification of a community will be through interaction with different members. The focus, however, is on the key stakeholders such as leaders within the community. It helps one to collect enough data about the community that is used in dealing with any health risk. The limitation of the information, however, is that human being is subject to change. It is therefore important to have information that tracks the entire trends of members within the said community.
Question 2
Community capacity will not only depend on the group’s responsibility but rather on individual thinking. Within a community solving a problem will depend on the kind of people and their thoughts towards the code of the community. Therefore in solving any issues it is important that the members of the public are involved in setting standards. Getting information and putting it together can be sure a way of helping empower the people. However, the decision will depend on the community principle and ability to implement change.
