For the armies to be great in a military school, they should be provided with enough training so that when that time of war or peace comes, they can escalate to the period. In every military school and courses, they start by training the soldiers’ career in general for the preparation for their confidence. Their courses are weighted more near education as their time in the services upsurges so that they can be fully prepared for any form of in confidence and how they can approach any occasion that is in war. Through the training of the leaders, it helps in improving their leadership skills so that they can lead and serve in the communities professionally. The training of the leaders, giving them education and knowledge really gives to growth in an inimitable way in the communities. This is because when one is trained, it helps with skills. At the same time, education enables one on how to think and when one has those both its where the experience comes in. in today’s world the army leaders should have both education and training so that they can operate anywhere in the world.
Why is leadership important?
Leadership is important because it helps to complete the mission of getting the assigned work done. In the military army school (Hartzell et al 2018) the leadership begins immediately after the enrollment for the soldierly services where they get shaped and molded during the course of their entire career. In the army school, leadership development can be achieved when he or she has stayed for a long time in the synthesis of training, in education and also through all the experiences he or she has gotten from the opportunities he is given in the communities (Allio 2018).
How is leadership training in the army important?
Leaders are not born with leadership skills, but they are made through training and education. In the military school, those who train the soldiers are advised to adopt the system of the army so that they can proudly produce skilled, qualified leaders(Tudorache et al 2018) Since leadership training starts when a soldier is enrolled in military school, this is very important because of the following:
- Leadership skills are improved- in the military school; the training of the soldiers improves the leadership skill that enables them to lead the community effectively. Since the leadership training offers the soldiers with continuous, progression etc. they soldiers are shaped and molded in a way that they become skilled and confident leaders who can make decisions on their own and take actions. When a soldier is dedicated to his or her training course, he or she develops leadership skills and characteristics. For a soldier to improve his or her leadership abilities, they need first to assess their faults and powers before they communicate with their trainer so that they can also be taught on how they can do away with their weaknesses and exploit their strengths (Will 2019).
- Confidences of the subordinates’ development- for one to lead a group of people he or she should be professional. Junior soldiers look up to their trainer when undertaking headship training so that they can be provided with leadership confidence. As the leader, the soldiers can only follow you if they trust you.
- In helping other soldiers- in leadership training, it gives one with experience to help the junior soldiers to improve in their occupations. Efficient army soldiers regularly liaise with their soldiers who are under their command so that they can get to know and get to understand all the challenges they encounter and advise them on how to improve their occupations. Leadership training is essential because it trains the soldiers to know their fault, powers and proficiencies of their assistants. When they get such knowledge, they can help their families.
- Development of careers-Army soldiers who wish to advance their careers to higher ranks within the military army school is advised to undergo the leadership exercise. This helps them to become more responsible because of having enough leadership training. If a soldier wants to advance on his or her career, he or she is entitled to enroll with the Noncommissioned Officer Education System which teaches the soldier to become leaders at different levels. The more one advances his or her career, and the more is ranked. This school of military entails different courses where each course focuses on specific leadership training of different levels.

History grants the essential problems to this idea that the system of nowadays of military thinking is the relation between the education they get while in school and the challenges they face while in the field which makes them a success. Soldierly education is a workable threat qualification approach. Thus it is compulsory on supporters of soldierly education to validate the relations to win. Aspiring to excellence in military school education provides knowledgeable planning to make the organizations better when performing different types of duties. The impact of quality in an armed organization all through is strong-minded by the use of critical thinking is included in the armed department.
