Classmate 1 Response
To plan Rachel Carson School of Science, the developers need to make decisions on the number of classrooms, staff members, and student’s capacity that will be used to guide and empower students to go for what they love while minding how they treat others. The development of the project is influenced by Rachel Carson School culture in promoting creativity by creating a compassionate environment where teachers are provided with all the necessary supplies and materials to accomplish their environment (Watson, 2020). The school also allows students to experiment with activities where they can practices their science skills and culture, thus allowing them to showcase their creative skills during implementation.
Classmate 2 Response
To develop the K.L.A.S.S step programs, the professional and developers need to make decisions on how to empower the young generation with the skills needed to make them bold citizens of the world and help them understand that they are part of something special which is part of their destiny (Meek, 2020). Further, they need to make decisions on how to help the students be creative with their cognitive development and provide a more significant opportunity for them to express themselves. The program is influenced by the keen student’s culture of reading, writing, math, social studies, and science. Moreover, the students receive specialized instruction in science, music, library, physical science, and computer science. That makes the school culture support and implementation very unique as teachers, and their students are too compassionate in making an effort to allow the students to be creative while culturally understanding the curriculum, thereby immensely benefiting the students.
