For instance, Flyer high school has senior teachers, experienced in quality teaching, and their leading roles is to develop curriculum, supervise, mentor, provide professional support, as well as guide and counsel other instructors. More duties include contributing to school leadership by identifying and planning priorities. In enhancing the morale of the group, policymakers always consider their opinions.

More importantly, the principle designs safety protocols and procedures for emergency response apart from hiring and overseeing facilities.

The schools adopt the rewarding and punishing policy where, if any staffs become less cooperative with the institution’s mission, he has a high possibility of being transferred or acquiring an adverse recommendation letter. Every last week of October, the institution prepares for a rewarding party to celebrate the best performing teachers but also encourages financial rewards and time off, among other opportunities.
