The discussion has added to my understanding of effective business communication by maintaining professionalism. As such, I have learned that business communication requires teamwork needed to foster positive interactions between stakeholders (Guffey & Loewy, 2010). Therefore, I have articulated the need to develop a professional attitude and tone towards written communication. Thus, the need to use the correct body tone has been exemplified to ensure that professionalism is maintained in all business communications (Ding, 2006). Effective plays communication plays a critical role in a company’s success hence the urgency to ensure that all stakeholders uphold statement virtues to avoid infringing on personal rights.
From the discussion, I have learned three key points, such as information clarity, conciseness, and correctness. Hence, in future, I would utilize information clarity to impress other people through my communication. The message I provide must provide the best course of action that must be undertaken to achieve change. Also, I plan to use conciseness to place myself in a similar role as the receiver (Guffey & Loewy, 2010). Thus, I would create messages that would also be appealing to myself through the best collective action. Finally, I plan to utilize correctness in future ensure that business communication. As such, business communications should embrace sophomoric abbreviations in other forms of short communication strategies.
I will use the knowledge to create infographics due to its attractiveness as a presentation tool. The knowledge application would help present information in a pleasant and palatable manner which is alluring to customers (Ding, 2006). Infographics ensure that the information presented utilizes alluring visual forms while presenting information to organizational stakeholders. The information presented by infographics would present messages on short reports through an interactive approach needed, thus presenting an impact on personal lives. Hence, the short reports would be written with short sentences to increase audience readability.
