Effects of covid 19 pandemics on special education leadership

Covid 19 pandemic to Education meant that all schools all over the country were to be closed down as the president had urged it. It has never been easier to find ways to better all the students in their Education progress. Mainly this is true for those who undergo special Education those with disabilities the most vulnerable students. Covid 19 hit hard quickly the exceptional education leadership that is the principals and the administrators negatively (Shaked & Schechter, 2016).  It is because the school instruction has shifted to online learning, thus requiring the school leadership to organize with their educators the teachers to ease that challenge to the outstanding education students (Peter, 2013) as it becomes hard for them to receive and apply information differently. The principals and administrators incur more resources to ensure that their teachers are highly trained in backing up knowledge and professional development (Nabhani et al., 2013). A thing they were not prepared to be able to instruct the outstanding students well in an online environment to meet the various needs of the students.
