Mobile technology, a technology used in cellular communication is evidence in IT devices such as notebook computers, laptops and tablets has evolved rapidly in the past years. Therefore, the evolution of mobile technology in the past decades as elaborated from current fourth-generation systems deploys outcomes in service quality, efficiency and performance especially in various types of business (Kumar, Liu, Sengupta & Divya, 79). Mobile computing devices such as Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and commonly referred to as pocket computes, are essential in business communication as they combine elements of telephone/fax, computing, internet and networking.

For individuals, mobile technology evolution as explained the wireless industry describes the various generation systems which have facilitated communication process among groups. Among the generation tackles in mobile technology, evolution includes the First Generation System commonly referred to as analog. The digital or second generation and phase 2+ systems, The third generation which necessitated high-volume movement and, the fourth generation (4G) mobile communication. For 4G for instance, individuals and businesses are given the opportunity for personalization, IP-based, seamless access and quality of service which facilitate efficient communication and a faster way to run a business successfully.

Generally, as a result of Mobile Technology Evolution, individuals and business have the chance in the past few years have a phenomenal experience of the wireless industry. It has necessitated social lives which have drastically changed human’s cultural norms and behaviours as humans can closely interact through texting, social networking apps voice and video calls. In commerce, effective evolution of mobile technology has impacted on the workforce and global market and that via mobile phones, businesses experience better collaboration improving productivity.
