An entrepreneur is an individual who starts and operates a business, taking financial risks to make a profit. A successful entrepreneur’s significant features are as follows: First, he has skills in making the right decision, enabling him to distinguish between the success and the failures of his business (Michaelis et al., 2020). Second, he is confident, an entrepreneur needs to be optimistic despite the many challenges he may encounter while operating his business, which will enable him to deal with his company until he achieves his goals and objectives. Third, he should be passionate about his business, which will encourage him to keep going until he meets his expectations. Finally, he has the vision and mission of his company, and he knows what is expected and why he is operating a particular business as well as setting the future goals that he would like to attain after some time.

Globalization is defined as a change of the world where business and various activities are moving away from self –contained to a more advanced world (Crane et al., 2019). Globalization increases competition in the form of products, services price, targeted, market, an adaptation of technology, and responding quickly. Generally, when operating at a global level, businesses compete among themselves ensures that they emerge as the best to make more revenue and meet their needs and expectations set.
