There are several possible reasons for poor performance reported within this organization. In order to turn the performance upside down, it is important to identify key areas of concern and come up with a proper plan to improve the key areas of weaknesses. The action plan identified in this case is meant to find a solution to the identified problems. The action plan to be implemented in the above case study will focus on the five chapters that have been taught in class. The five chapters with important concepts to assist find solutions to the stated problem include:

Action Plan based on:
Chapter 9 -Understanding the principles of organization
In regards to the principle of organization, the firm needs to set up a common objective to unite all the employees, encourage employee specialization, coordination of all the activities carried in the organization, and ensure there is the unity of command.
The above organization needs to set up certain goals that should drive all the employees in one direction. In setting up the goal, all the employees must be involved, and their participation in the implementation process well stated. In the absence of a common goal, various departments are likely to set their own goals, and this is likely to lead to having conflicting objectives that are a recipe for having poor performance, as illustrated in the above case study.
Chapter 10- Empowering Employees for Success
- Transformational leadership skills
As a supervisor responsible for managing a diverse workforce, I will change the style of leadership to a transformational leader. Through this leadership approach, I will be able to show the way, lead the way, and encourage the employees to follow closely in my footsteps. Transformational leaders have the ability to bring most of their employees, and this is one thing I have mastered. As a leader, I will allow the employees to participate in the decision making process about issues that affect their performance and also allow them to come up with a solution to the problems they face as employees and affect their overall performance.
