Essay with Healthy Related Condition

Diabetes is a condition that occurs when blood sugar/glucose levels are too high. Food is the main source of energy that is processed by the pancreas through a hormone known as insulin then later penetrates the body. The energy produced is referred to as blood glucose, which may result in a chronic condition when too high.

Various chronic conditions being lifestyle diseases, everyone needs to prioritize physical and mental fitness. For instance, for those who are very busy, it is important that they adopt a culture at work that makes them fit while also delivering at their workplaces and learning to maximize every opportunity, be it at work or on vacation for workout sessions is key (Hayes II).

Apart from high blood glucose being the cause of diabetes, a person who has high blood pressure is overweight, has a family history of the disease can also be diagnosed with diabetes. Thus, working out regularly, drinking water, and cutting sugar from one’s diet could help prevent the disease. In addition, people are advised to watch their diet and avoid smoking at all cost. Most , older people ought to take care of their wellness as they are at a higher risk of getting the disease. Also, overweight people are encouraged to reduce their weight as they are also at risk. Some of the common symptoms of diabetes include frequent urination, weight loss, irritability, and hunger, among other signs (Mayo Clinic). Hence, the table below is a one week plan that may help keep the body fit to fight these chronic conditions.

DayExercise
Day OneStart a 30-minute workout – squats, jump rope, and stretch roll
Day TwoWorkout for 40 minutes- A 15-minute warm-up that includes pushups, lunge hops then cardio for 25 minutes may include swimming or running
Day ThreeA 40-minute workout- lunges, squat jumps and cardio like running
Day Four30-minute yoga. (There are videos freely available on the internet)
Day FiveJump rope for 15 minutes then run for two kilometers.
Day Six30-minutes workout- Planks, squats, and sit-ups. Repeat seven times.
Day SevenDo cardio this include running and swimming

If already diagnosed with the condition, adapting a workout plan is very important. For the elderly adapting exercises such as cardio may be difficult, thus maintaining a low-fat diet and cutting sugar is very important. Generally, watching one diet and trying to maintain body weight will go a long way.

In summary, diabetes is a disease that anyone can get. Thus, it is of the essence to make sure people maintain a healthy lifestyle and be informed of the underlying dangers of not health-related issues such as diabetes.
