In the implementation of coronavirus effect on opioid use, I oversee several issues. This is because death from drug overdoses has increased during the coronavirus outbreak due to a disruption in the routine recovery and treatment access. Several people depend on daily care, including those at the rehabilitation centers.

The coronavirus pandemic’s emergency has led to an increased number of problems for people suffering from opioid use disorder. To enable the collection of drugs, patients having this disorder have to go in person to access the medicine, which is regarded as a problem if one has to adhere to social distancing law. This has led to the inadequacy of services in most hospitals used in the deliverance of patient care. This is a worry to most patients; thus, it is considered a significant health industry problem (McCann and Schwartx, 2020).

Additionally, close of borders and restricted movement has led to the opioid use becoming more dangerous. This is because if the number of supplies goes down, there is a perception that most of the opioid dealers will be tempted to cut drugs using more dangerous substances. This will further lead to an increase in death due to drug poisoning (Cabrera et al., 2020).

The stakeholders that can assist in the implementation of the research include government officials and policymakers. Government officials can pass and enforce a law that can lead to the execution of the study.  This can be done through various methods, including the use of legislators who will pass laws and prepare a budget to reduce the burden cost of drugs on individuals. Additionally, the governors, local board members, state and federal agencies can also regulate the number of people who can access a hospital at a particular time to reduce the impact of coronavirus on opioid use. Individuals who are perceived to be policymakers can also introduce policies that serve to promote individual welfare in a manner to reduce the number of deaths caused by overdose (McCann and Schwartx, 2020).

Another stakeholder that can aid in the implementation of the research is social media. This can be through advertisements, warnings, and rewards on those who follow the medical practitioner’s appropriate drug use. However, social media cannot reach several people. Still, it can spread information in favor of individuals under opioid drug use in a manner to reduce the impact of overdose taken by some individuals through the provision of education (Jacka et al., 2020).

The theoretical framework that can be useful in the research includes organizational changes as well as leadership. Having a corporate change in organizational planning can also influence how a patient can survive. A change in hospital schedule, keeping patients at the forefront can be one way of reducing the effect of opioid use on some individuals. Changes such as a reduction in the number of patients visiting the hospital can hinder the right drug prescription to patients; thus, it is significant to increase the number of medical practitioners that can offer help to specific individuals at the stipulated time. On the contrary, having good leadership can reduce the chances of death due to the use of overdose drugs caused by the social distancing in the corona pandemic. Since opioid medications should not be taken in an overdose, a good leader can initiate community education on all individuals to reduce this chronic effect of death (Cabrera et al., 2020).
