Some employees are also found chatting during work hours; this is discouraged as the company program contains enough breaks. The memo is a reminder for people to spend their hours on productive ideas that will improve on the company’s business if we all work faithfully at our respective work areas the company will grow and so will you. Idleness will not be taken lightly a firewall will also be established on the company network so ask to deter employees from accessing websites that waste their time, only a few work websites will be available. The organizational culture, in this case, is not going to change much; however, there are significant changes that have to be considered, such as the social distancing and isolation practices. In the different departments, there are regulations that have to be implemented, such as mass testing of all staff.
