When making ethical decisions, there are three very fundamental approaches, ethical egoism, altruism, and Utilitarianism. Ethical egoism is a belief about the highest good being self-serving regardless of the most top product when helping other people.

Decision making and ethical leadership is a crucial integral component of how individual view leadership (Arnold et al. 2019). Ethical egoism is a belief that the highest good is about being self-serving regardless of other people. On the other hand, altruism and the spectrum are believing that the most senior product comes from helping other people.

Three main Categories of Theory

The ethical theories are divided into three main types, consequentialist theory. The argument is concerned with moral consequences and actions. A consequentialist is a common approach when making an ethical decision over the ethical effects of the environment and government cooperation. The non-consequentialist theory tends to concern with the intentions of the individuals making a moral decision about particular actions (Arnold et al. 2019). Agent centered approach concerned with the overall noble status of an individual less concerned in identification morality of specific actions.
