Personalization

I have a generalized anxiety disorder, which is marked by constant and excess concern and worry about various things at the same time. Therefore I am interested in this topic to learn why  Patients who suffer from GAD can anticipate disaster often and show concern for money, health, work, family, among other issues. I am also curious to learn why it is difficult to control worry, and some may worry too much about feel events while some may show concern when there is no actual reason to be concerned. Doctors diagnose GAD when people find it hard to control for extended periods. This is the main differentiating factor between GAD and specific stressors.

I am also interested to learn more about the research done about general anxiety disorder thus far.GAD affects more than 6.8 million adults, which accounts for 3.1% of the American population each year. Women are more likely to have the condition than men. I would like to know why the disorder is gradual and can begin from any phase of the lifecycle. However, the risks of GAD are more prominent during childhood and teenage. While the real cause of GAD is still unknown, there are numerous biological factors family background and experiences, especially the stressful life experiences.

I would also like to learn why patients with GAD sometimes have difficulties just getting through the day. Patients who have GAD cannot stop the cycle f worry and sometimes feel it is beyond their control. However, they typically are aware of the fact that their concern is more then they realize and when the situation does not need too much worry. Anxiety disorders relate to troubles dealing with Uncertainty, and therefore most patients plan to control the circumstances. Most people hold the view that fear prevents adverse events from taking place and therefore finds it difficult to stop worrying.
