It will be served fast and efficiently; our customer service is friendly and engaging. For marketing purposes, we intend to use a variety of means, including; online marketing via Facebook and Instagram, radio adverts, newspaper columns, and printing of brochures. The Facebook and Instagram ads should be targeted around Houston at a radius of 100 miles and should target the demographic group of 18- 38 years of age. The same applies to both radio listened and newspaper read by these age groups. Because the cost of advertisements is quite high in both broadcast and newspaper, we will reduce the frequencies to once a month as we evaluate their impacts on the sale of our products. As for the newspaper, the advert will run once a month for the first three months. Consequently, for radio, the advert will run once a month for the first seven months. But we expect the online platforms to give us large numbers as the majority of our target market is active in the social media networks.
We intend to print brochures, leaflets, and flayers regularly, and this can be distributed randomly to pedestrians across the streets. The brochures will explain the range of products and flavors that Grab A Smoothie provides, our services, and the mission of our business. The information on the location of the restaurant will be specified with exact coordinates. The restaurant hotline number will also be provided on the flayers, and customers will be able to make orders of their favorite smoothies and also make inquiries. The printed banner will be kept on display outside the premise with pictures of the merchandise in it to give customers the view of what is offered.
