At Hefty Hardware, the competence between Business and IT seem to be inactive as per the partnership of the two. The blaming power between is due to the project issues where instead of focusing in a resolution of the problem, the intern diverged the problem to the world to resolve the question due to deficit of communication skills between the involved parties. The business department needs to acknowledge their restrictions and requisite along with the IT department. About their ambitions concerning their limitations and project, both departments seem to have no clue (McKeen & Smith, 2015). The solution to the split involving both Business and IT is necessary for both to work together. Their aim, goals and the advantages that they achieve should be their acknowledgment. IT and business must be organized and follow consistency to their accountability and goals. Improper building strategy has affected the company due to its inadequate equipped plans. In the meantime, the assigned appropriate time to resolve business problems has not been followed. The successes in the business market regarding IT demands are not achieved due to absence of the IT R&D in the meeting.

Strategies to better products in the market will be the first step taken by every business. In the state of savvy store program, to better their technical success and reverse, groundwork in bandwidth, a fantabulous structural plan is necessary. Below are the strategies to be followed.

 

 

The collaboration of IT department and business

In the case of the savvy store, all business must have a target and particular goals to solve problems. The savvy store organizes a field trip and ensures both company and IT department responsible in the store analysis learn and understand different issues and how to solve them. A combined meeting is then scheduled between both departments to make sure successful solution is achieved based on the problem (McKeen & Smith, 2015). During the meeting, all the processes and methods of solving the problem must be discussed, doing this, helps to analyze the cons and pros for the best solution.

Agreement

An approved plan must be specified by a written structural document in the meeting. This helps both departments to adopt through a signature ensuring everyone across is on the same platform and not confused by the project.

Communication and interaction

For communication, an internal portal between the business persons and developers must be present for a productive relationship in every organization. This aid in the resolution of problems, where in the past an employee existing in the organization may have faced the same question he can offer a preferable answer to the challenge thus preventing stoppage in the work process. Time-saving is achieved since it’s easy to exchange information between employees for an appropriate approach to any dispute.

Changes in the management

Currently, new technology in the industry of IT is moving fast. Everyone using the technology will be comfortable if any change involving the IT department and its technology will also be part of other departments. Analysis by a business is necessary to determine whether the change and its effects have results on the market (McKeen & Smith, 2015).
