Herzing University is one of the best universities to join for any undergraduate, postgraduate, or even more advanced learning. The university has a vast number of resources that aid in comfortable and smooth learning. It is a well-equipped university with a state of the art library, I.T. systems and student-centered programs. The organization within the different departments is top-notch. Learning through the pandemic was much easier, given the fact that the mentioned aides enabled distance learning. The professional I.T. personnel set up a communication system, which is networked within the university protocols. Signing up for tuition was the best decision. The professor was friendly, and he decided to take us through the P.R.I. C.E. and the S.M.A.R.T. aspect of life.

During the learning process, the tutor allowed us to reflect on ourselves, our ideologies, thoughts and decisions—the P.R.I. C.E. aspect will mostly affect our day to day engagement in different fields of our profession since it focuses on professionalism, respect, integrity, caring and engagement. On the other hand, the S.M.A.R.T. focuses on setting a clear goal to enable students and professionals to focus on what is more important. When setting goals, several factors are put into consideration. The set goals have to clear by following the S, M.A.R.T. sequence, specific, achievable, measurable, relevant and time-bound. The professor told us that a positive drive with a positive mind for a positive course with a clear vision is achievable when one combines the two aspects. He encouraged us not to be too reluctant in setting up the ideologies that will give us the forward thrust towards achieving self-fulfillment and satisfaction through the two aspects. With this effect, I decided to become a much more focused person with a clear picture of who truly I want to be.
