The flaws in hiring processes usually result from the fact that most organizations do not have a good cultural fit in organizations to ensure that the hiring process is not flawed. This paper seeks to describe the various process as well as steps that are necessary to attract, screen, interview, and onboard today’s millennial. It is also essential to dig into the candidate’s social presence, which for Millennials, could be very revealing and robust; it can either be negative or positive. The preparation of the candidate is another vital step in interviewing millennials. It entails earlier development of the candidates to avoid time wastage. It helps in reinforcing the interview process. Other steps which are important in the interview process for the millennial comprise of; relaxing the candidate, streamlining the process and quick evaluation.
