I’ve gone through two budgets in the last three years – friendly kitchen renovations, and I wanted to give a few tips that can help you achieve and manage your renovations on a budget. I assume that you will not be able to plan everything, but if you add the 20% contingency, you will be in a better position to solve all the problems that arise without blowing your budget out of the park.
